Installation Day
Crew arrives at 7 AM with all materials pre-staged. Tarps go down to protect landscaping. Old roof comes off, decking gets inspected and repaired as needed, and the new system goes on layer by layer. Most Grubbs homes finished in one day.
Final Walkthrough
Our project manager inspects the finished roof against the manufacturer checklist. You get a written workmanship warranty from Grubbs Roofing & Maintenance plus the manufacturer warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
